Who doesn’t love quick and easy entertaining?  We love Spinach Artichoke Dip in our house — its easy and presents well and most people love it.  Whether you choose to put in on crackers or bread — its sure to please.

Easy To Make – Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 – 10 ounce box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 – 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced

Cooking Directions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts. Mix well. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients until they are well mixed.
  3. Now combine the ingredients of the two bowls and spoon into a baking dish.
  4. Bake the dip for 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
