Black Friday 2013 ~ How to Plan!

Black Friday
Black Friday 2013 rumors have surfaced and already the frenzy consumers experience has begun. Black Friday is a special day of shopping that many participate in for the fun and bargains they get to take advantage of.

Special deals on everything from electronics to engagement rings can be found both online and off.  Some consumers have a dual shopping session, using their smart phone to grab online specials while standing in line at a local store for a physical door buster perk.  :-)

Before Black Friday ever hits, you have to make a plan of attack.  That means making lists, doing some comparison shopping, and listening to whatever rumors or predictions are being talked about ahead of time.

Your first task for Black Friday 2013 is to figure out if there are any items on your list that might have a special deal for this madness. For instance, if you know you want to buy a TV as a gift, then put it on your Black Friday list.

Next, start looking at both offline and online store ads to see what theyíre promoting in their lineup. Don’t just look at the ad, see a TV and mark it down as your chosen retailer to buy from.

You should know that some companies put out door buster deals on their cheaper items, like the more generic flat screen TV instead of he specific model you want.

Make a chart for each item you want and see if you can find better deals elsewhere. For example, you might find a video game console on sale for Black Friday at one store but another retailer is offering to throw in a bundle of games to go with it.

You want to keep track of all of this information because if you try buying from one retailer and the limited supplies have run out, youíll want a backup plan to go to.

You can do this using an offline-online strategy, too. If you initially find that your local store has 100 TV sets, and they run out, you can buy online instantly and make sure you got what you needed or vice versa and try buying online first, but be in line in case your online purchase isn’t fast enough to get the deal.

Black Friday 2013 deals will blow consumers away. Not only do the customers need a break in this economy, but stores need something big to pull in shoppers this Christmas, too.
