#Diet4Rewards ~ My Review of Breakfast!

This has been a pretty crazy couple of weeks for me with the launch of my new plugin and my job, I haven’t had a chance to do much of anything so I was so very thankful that the Diet4Rewards meals didn’t require lots of time for me to prepare and cook.  In short, I have to say that that food I have tasted far surpassed my expectation. When I think diet food I automatically think of food plans where the food isn’t really “home made” and doesn’t always taste good.  This was not like any other diet food plan I have tried.  I actually liked each and every meal and had lots of options to pick from. I even had hubby taste test the food to see what his thoughts were, because I know he is a very hard one to please when it comes to food.  He totally LOVES his food and he told me that he enjoyed all of the foods he tasted and that he could see himself eating them and not feel like he was eating diet food.  A pretty bold statement from a guy who loves his food but I do agree with him.  None of the foods I ate, made me feel like I was on a diet.  That means it is easy to stick to because you don’t feel like you are missing out. I know that we often hear breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but so many times we end up short changing ourselves and skip it OR worse eat something that is “supposed to be healthy” but it really doesn’t satisfy our bodies needs.  Often times the problem of having to cook a meal when we are in a hurry means we settle for something not so good.  That doesn’t have to be the case, the Diet4Rewards breakfast foods were all great.

When it comes to food choices, I usually just stick to what I like, so I picked the Western Omelet and Cheese Omelet’s  for most of my egg choices and Bacon, Sausage and Canadian Bacon for my meat choices.  Most of the breakfast items were individually portioned so I could grab the bag and run off to work.  Once I got to work, I heated it for about 3 minutes and viola, I had a ready made breakfast that was good for me without all the kitchen cleanup.  I think my absolute favorite breakfast meal was the Cheese Omelet and Maple Sausage.  :) The taste and flavor was as good as anything I would have made at home so I was absolutely thrilled with my meal choices.

  5. I’ve been battling the dreaded bulge for years and some days I just feel like I am destined to be heavy. I like the simplicity of the food. The omelet and Canadian bacon looks pretty good. I’m thinking about price though, and wonder how it compares to other diet plans… Thanks for sharing!
  6. That’s an amazing review, because most diet meals are horrible. My mom bought nutrisystem and it tasted worse than cardboard. She threw it all in the garbage.

  9. Well the review and the food looks great! It is too bad the average person can’t afford to pay $22 a day for diet food. If i had the extra money and I thought it was going to be a fool proof plan I would consider it. I know that nutrisystems food is less than desireable and so is jenny craig.

  12. I have never heard of Diet4rewards before. After reading your review I’m definitely interested enough to check it out further. The omelet and sausage is a favorite breakfast of mine anyway and if you say you enjoyed it I’m definitely interested. Thanks for sharing.

    Breakfasts, to me, are my dinners to pig out. I’m not interested. Would be great for those interested in losing weight, however.
